DO NOT ever work for this company!!! They will keep your checks for months while your still working for them. They will try to charge you for neglect even though your their taking care of the clients and doing your best. You'll be scheduled for 8hours next thing you know you are working 18hours with no warning. Staff doesn't show up for their shifts. The house leads will leave you with no staff and never answer the phone. Don't get paid enough to endor any of this. Do not put anyone you know in rescare stay far away from the company. Also they like to leave the clients in there mess and tell staff to not clean them up and just leave them alone. They also tell staff to throw away their things.

Worst place I have ever worked! They dont care about the clients they dont care about staff! You get in a wreck in company van they wont turn it into insurance and your drivers license will get suspended! They leave staff on clock for over 18 hours. They are horrible! I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone and I surely wouldnt ever put my family in rescare!

I love my place of employment.....never heard anything good but decided to apply. 6 months in now and LOVE it!
