        We were having a floor problem and called the store for help. The store we had used previously had closed so we were searching for new people to help us. The store owner did come and see our floor but never returned my numerous calls. At the time of my last call, another employee told me he was now in charge...but we have never heard from him either! We wanted to buy new flooring but it seems they don't want our business! Don't go to them if you need a problem solved or help in any way! They can't handle it and don't care! I couldn't even post this without giving at least one start but they don't deserve even that!
