I will Never Stay There Again!!! Either Save your money and Sleep in Your Vehicle or Fork Up $50 more bucks to stay at an actual Hotel. #1.....NO FITNESS GYM LIKE DESCRIBED #2.....THE POOL IS CLOSED NOT SURE WHY THEY HAVE WATER IN IT BUT ITS CLOSED. #3......THE ROOMS ARE SUPER PLAN AND NOT VERY CLEAN #4......NO BREAKFAST Like MENTIONED EITHER Food & drinks: Vending Machines are Down As Well

First off we drove 5 hours here with our two small kiddos. get here its 11 degrees outside come in the room the heat is turned off it was 43 degrees decide to take the kids down to the pool that is CLOSED thought ah well. Then wake up with two hungry kiddos go downstairs NO breakfast as mentioned when I asked front desk lady she walked away didnt respond. The rooms you get two pillows thats it asked for more was told no more. And got two towels and no wash cloth. Elevator is so scary shaky and loud rooms smell funny. hallways are freezing and WiFi is slow. Will not reccomend and will be calling about a refund. I understand the pool being closed but no breakfast is crazy when its advertised on your website and booking sites Rooms: Run down and cold heat barely works. Only stayed cuz we had our two kiddos and already paid Food & drinks: No free breakfast and drinks are 2 dollars for a can

Upon arrival, the outside looked ok. But after checking in, the elevator was noisy and very shaky. It also had a very strong odor. Upon entering the room, it was very dirty. You could barely see out the window because it was full of prints and dirt. The beds were very hard. The bathroom was utterly disgusting. The walls were filthy and there was poop in the toilet, even after several flushes. Didn't even see any toiletries or towels. I called the front desk from my cell phone; because the room phone did not have a cord. At that time he said my reservation was not refundable. When I went downstairs a few minutes later to retrieve something from my car, the man at the front desk asked me if I was the person who had called about a refund earlier. I told him yes. He said that he had gotten permission to give me a refund or exchange rooms. I took the refund and left. I applaud the man at the front desk for getting me a refund, but this hotel needs some serious renovations including the pool, which was also not open.
