1st Office visit: Trena's appointments were backed up a bit as she worked with another client. I ran another errand while waiting my turn. It was worth the wait. She explains things thoroughly. I was not hurried or pressured. I felt equipped to make informed decisions about my health care coverages.
After Choice Update: GREAT follow through during the ensuing weeks post my coverage decisions. Trena and staff make and accept followup phone calls. They make sure you have received insurance cards and materials as anticipated. She helped both myself and my father through some questions that arose after our separate office visits. She worked until all our concerns were laid to rest. If there were wait times (like for the company to mail the new card ) she explained the anticipated timeline and also provided options (like providing a copy of the card if needed until the company produced card arrived.) Highly recommend based on our experience!
