      image Horrible customer service wish I could give negative stars at this point, teller was rude and didn't know what she was doing. Made me get out of line so that I can give her my account number even after I gave her my debit card and ID. Had to wait over 20 mins for her to help the person she put ahead of me. Unbelievable how untrained these people are. No customer service skills whatsoever. This bank is closer but I will definitely be going to another branch from now on.
