        This is the worst Starbucks in the area. Go to another one if possible. The line could be one car long and it will still take a minimum of 15 minutes to get a drink. The employees clearly have no system or werent trained properly because they are all clueless. I am someone who gets Starbucks daily and I try to be as understanding as possible, but this location has ruined too many things for me to continue to be quiet. I just want management to see this and know that they are doing a bad job. It took the lady at the window ten minutes before she could scan someones phone for payment today and this was with a line of 10+ cars in the drive thru. That is just ridiculous. There is no sense of urgency and you can tell that everyone is frustrated and it just isnt a nice experience anymore.
