THIS DENTIST CIMPLETELY RUINED MY MOUTH!!! IT'S GARD TO EAT CERTAIN FOODS NOW, HE MADE THE EDGE OF MY TEETH STRAIGHT AND CUT THEM TOO LOOW FOR ME TO CHEW CERTAIN FOODS AND I CAN NO LONGER CHEW GUM BECAUSE OF HIM!! HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TI HELP ME WHEN TOLD I AM IN MORE PAIN THAN BEFORE I SAW HIM. HE DAMAGED MY MOUTH SOOOO BAD THAT I AM STILL WORKING ON FIXING WHAT HE MESSED UP AND NEVER NEEDED A ROOT CANAL TILL AFTER LETTING HIM IN MY MOUTH....MY TEETH AND GUMS FELT SO TIGHT AFTERWARDS I CRIED FOR OVER A WEEK!!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR TEETH, DON'T GO TO THIS WITCH DOCTOR!!!

Was just informed that 'billing dept ' has a $40 cancellation policy if you cancel 2x. I'm sure this is posted somewhere. Reasons for cancellation? First time because they hadn't rec'd medical clearance for a procedure and wanted me to come in for only cleaning, then make another appt for extraction, thus i would be charged for 2 appts. Second cancellation was because i woke up day of appt with 2 severly scratched corneas, couldn't tolerate sitting for entire appt. I didn't adhere to their policy of cancelling 24 hours prior to appt. Now they won't make another appt until i pay their $40 cancellation fee. I wonder how this affects their billing, as it is a policy put forth from billing. I hope if i have another appt I have a severe flu, hopefully stomach, and i will be sure to keep my appt. and expose the billing dept to the flu. Very angry about this.
