My daughter graduated from this school and it was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had with a daycare. Staff is ghetto and hits children. Accused my cousin of threatening someone when she didnt. Just horrible. Ive experienced both Merrillville sites and no ones kids should be here.

If you had asked me a year ago my rating may have been higher. However given recent issues of neglect by teachers leaving children unattended, threatening children with being locked in closets and smack them with rulers there is no way I could recommend this place. DCS has informed myself of the many issues with this daycare facility during their recent investigation including not reporting inappropriate behaviors children are exposed to, or are even propositioned into by other children to parents, to not even reporting or properly document these clear red flags of child abuse to the proper authorities. I do believe that there are some good teachers here. Ms. Allen is the best from my experience. However it is not worth the risk of putting your child in danger. As a parent it terrifies me the things that are happening to these children in the facility that dont even get reported to parents.
