        Currently staying there. Never seen such rude management in my life. I just had an issue and felt very disrespected. I spend a lot of money to stay here but am treated like garbage. My money spends anywhere

        This place is a horror show. I saw a woman getting kicked out as I was checking in. She warned me. I checked in, went to room. Was sound asleep at 4 am and the fire alarm went off. Staff came up and said I was smoking. I don't smoke. I told them that and said I don't even have a lighter. Long story short, they kicked me out and charged me $250 for smoking. I left and was shaking I was so angry. Ive been a professional traveling for business for 23 years and have never encountered such insanity. Listen, they've hired just the lowest of the low to work at this place. You have been warned. I can't believe this a branded hotel. Says a lot about Choice Hotels, the parent company.
