        Communication was good. Equipment dirty and full of gum wrappers. I don't think they wash Equipment after rentals. Employees are not trained on how to operate some of the equipments. Delivery was on time but pickup wasn't and when I reached out the next day to ask when will they pickup I was told that they came to pickup and no one was home and that my backyard was locked. I personally left door open for them overnight and no one came to the house or called according to my phone call logs or my security camera system. I was just asking not complaining so why go the extra mile and come up with an excuse that's not true.
