Jamison is my favourite. We've had a lot of plumbing work done over the last couple of years. Jamison and his team have installed multiple tankless hot water heaters, ran new pex, replaced countless fixtures, ran new gas lines, fixed vent stacks, installed new outdoor hose bibs, new hot water lines etc. The list goes on. Jamison is honest, hard working and does exceptional work. Everyone at Velocity has been a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Velocity Plumbing and will continue to use them for all plumbing needs.

Velocity Plumbing has taken care of all of our plumbing issues plus upgraded our toilets and took out our tub and installed a walk in shower. We are very happy with his work and he has gone out of his way to get here when there's a problem.

I had Velocity plumbing install all new plumbing in my full house remodel. Jamison and his crew take great pride in their work. It was a big job but they handled it no problem and got it done. They exceeded my expectations and I couldnt be happier with the job they did. They are honest workers, have great communication and were a pleasure to work with. Got an estimate a month ago, called today to see when I can be scheduled lady said they attempted to come out on the date we had scheduled?? (I was unaware of any appointment made) they say we canceled stating we had our problem handled already.... then proceeded to say we will not take you as a customer. WHAT!!! I'm waiting on them to give me an appointment I waited this long because of how kind the older gentleman was and specifically asked me if I'd be willing to wait a while due to it being busy. I was ok with it because I was going into surgery. Maybe it's just the lady answering phones who is the issue idk but guess I won't be using them! Ma'am I spoke to my husband he received a call from the crew and he told them to please call me due to him being at work. It's not a problem you just costed your company money. I'm just upset because the gentleman that came to my home was very kind and asked me if I'd be willing to wait a while being that business was busy at the moment and mentioned it would be a few weeks. I waited a month for someone to contact me for an appointment! That's on you since "your the only one that does scheduling" so you costed your company money and a good customer. Good day to you.
