        Unfortunately these folks do NOT support what they sell. Got an American Standard water heater with a 6-year warranty. After less than a year the thermo-couple went out and they wouldn't support it or follow up with return phone calls.

        Outstanding customer service! My four-year-old, Kohler shower door shattered. Boom! No apparent reason. The shower was unoccupied. The doors were professionally installed and well maintained. Boom! Its a mystery. I was surprised and delighted, therefore, when Kohler immediately agreed to replace the entire door set (free of charge) and Laurie P. at Lee Supply orchestrated the receipt and delivery of such. Kohler and Lee Supply have earned my enduring brand/customer loyalty. Top marks!
