        Outdated apartment ,appliances never updated , smell of cigarette smoke , mold detected , NIPSCO bill is Outrageous, no insulation ,over priced, by far one of the worse apartments Ive lived in!

        The apartments are really nice and spacious. It is quiet and the lawns are kept up nice and clean. The maintenance workers are really prompt when it comes to fixing issues within the apartments. And the ladies in the office are super sweet. They always help with my questions and concerns... Overall I feel safe because there is a intercom system to enter the building. This is a huge plus for me. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
