Waiter Jamie was Awesome service on point. Food was fabulous, But the biggest complaint I have are the boxes to go home. Why do I have to have so many of these cheap plastic containers to take food home. One big box would of been great. If you think you're saving money you're really not.

I ordred food for my co-workers. They left a couple things out and I called to let them know. The person who answered got rude when I asked for manager and tried to find out why I was calling. I was calling to speak to the manager. When the manager got on the phone, they said sorry but there is nothing we can do for you if you don't drive back. Has anyone else left work on lunch break and had their employer say, "sure go back to BWW and take some more time off to do so" lol? I'm sure thier food is good most of the time, but if their is a problem? This ruined my day, wish I was hungry right now. I would have 13 more bucks in my pocket and wouldn't have people complianing to me at my job about BWW poor service.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the new Buffalo Wild Wings location in Michigan City for a work dinner with a group of colleagues. The overall experience was competent, with both the service and food meeting expectations, though not particularly exceeding them. The ambiance of the newly opened restaurant was pleasant enough, embodying the familiar sports bar atmosphere that Buffalo Wild Wings is known for. It served as an adequate backdrop for our group outing, offering a casual, laid-back environment that facilitated conversation and camaraderie. We opted for a few samplers and appetizers for the group, which arrived promptly, a testament to the efficiency of the kitchen staff. The variety and taste of these appetizers were satisfactory, catering well to our group's diverse palate. Everyone's orders were delivered correctly, demonstrating a level of attention to detail from the waitstaff. The service was, in general, unobtrusive yet efficient - our glasses stayed filled, and additional requests were attended to without delay. The food, while decent and familiar to anyone who has dined at a Buffalo Wild Wings before, didn't particularly stand out. The dishes were well-prepared and flavorful, but there were no surprises or especially memorable items. In conclusion, the new Buffalo Wild Wings location in Michigan City provided a satisfactory dining experience. While it didn't offer anything uniquely memorable, it delivered on its promise of reliable service and decent food. It's a suitable venue for group outings or casual work dinners, where the focus is more on the conversation and less on culinary adventure.
