We have ordered three 3000MR Magnahelix analogue gauges in January 22, been told the lead time would be four weeks, and we are still waiting in April 22. What makes matters particularly difficult, is that no one in the UK office can simply tell me when they will arrive and I constantly get inane excuses relating to global supply issues and COVID which is not helpful. There has to be someone in the Dwyer Organisation who can advise when the components will be available so that I can advise my customer!

I ordered a 16C-3 temperature controller in January. I was told it would take 90 days upon ordering. Its now June and when I checked they said it will be at least six months longer. Really?? I'm supposed to wait a year for this part. I'm supposed to have a machine down for an entire year. And the only updates I get are when I ask. No proactive customer service.

Applied for a job at this company and was hired to start Monday, but because i worked their in the past and lost the job because of another employee, (who is still their] they turned me down now and will not hire me, And I already quiet my other job, SO Dwyer screwed me once again. COMPANY THAT CAN NOT BE TRUSTED I GUESS.
