They keep your eye prescription, in other words they don't give it to you after exam. I'm thinking they do this so you go to them for your orders of contacts so you don't go somewhere cheaper. Other than this problem it is a good place, great staff.

Made mistake by buying 2 pairs of glasses at this racket. Glasses 5 months old stopped in because a piece of rubber came off of frames inner arm,told me since I didn't buy the insurance they couldn't pop it or glue it back in. Lost this coustmer and family

It was a good exam up until the very end. They were trying to get me to order contacts with them and I kindly refused. Before leaving I was hoping I could get a copy of my contact prescription. They said I can view it online under my account. I asked again "You really just can't write it down or screenshot it and print it?" She told me she couldn't print it, but had zero issues printing a copy of my receipt for the exam. At this point she calls over someone to help "Christine" she tells me the prescription wouldn't be valid. At this point I just really think they don't understand I get frustrated and leave. I should be able to leave with this information after paying upwards to $300 for an exam and fitting.

Wonderful experience! Dr. Choucair was thorough and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I am really happy to have found a doctor that I am comfortable with!
