        They sold us a flag pole at current home over ten years ago. Our first experience was great. Times have changed. I called over a month ago requesting a service call to replace our flags rope, hooks, and flags. We never received the repair. We also requested a quote on a 30 pole for a new project. They advised they would call the manufacturer and get us a quote the next business day. Two weeks have passed and we still havent heard from them. We hired someone else. Our repair is complete and our new pole was installed. We still dont have a response from Flyem High. Disappoint that customer service has deteriorated.
