Im happy most people had a good experience here, however I did not. My wife and I called a few Saturdays ago and spoke to a salesman and let him know we were interested in a vehicle that was in transit to the dealership. We were made aware that we would get a phone call when it would come in. A week went by and heard nothing so we called to check and we were told at that time we should put money down so we would have first rights to the vehicle. Even though we had little to no communication or our credit even checked or a deal was made yet we reluctantly did. We figured this wouldve happened when the check was dropped off but we were not asked to do so at that time. Another week went by and still no calls to us but our check was cashed. My wife called again and we were assured it was coming. Once we got a call from the salesmans manager that it came in we were excited and was ready to come in to get financed and make a deal. At that time the salesmans manager seemed put off that the financing or the deal was not yet settled which we wouldve gladly done had wed been told that it was time to do so. Over the phone from the sales manager we were told there was no room for any negotiations, which is fine that is their choice, however they still have my deposit. We were told their corporate office cuts checks and they will mail. I hope we get that back. I think better communication with their customer and between themselves is in order.
