Kolar Roofing replaced my garage roof, added additional vents/exhausts on my existing roof, and did some siding repairs. They really exceeded my expectations. Tim, the owner, was extremely fair and transparent on pricing and the job was done quickly, efficiently, and correctly the first time around. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Every question I had was answered promptly. Prices were more than fair. My experience with Tim was great. I secured multiple bids (5). I felt Tim was the most upfront and honest of all the roofers. His pricing was competitive. But where he and his installers excelled was with communication and the tear off and install. They protected our landscaping. They also used a mobile trash bin to keep shingles off the lawn. Once I reached out to Kolar Roofing , they were there to inspect our roof within a day or two. Working with Tucker was a very positive experience. He was very knowledgeable and took time explaining all options to us. He gave us an estimate for repairs as well as for an entire new roof. He was not pushy about either option, answered all our questions, and left the decision completely to us. I also dealt with the owner Tim . He was always available to answer questions, did not rush us, and very easy to work with. No down payment was required ahead of time. They wait until all work is completed and approved the customer before expecting payment. That says a lot about what kind of company they are. I felt like they treated us as family. If you have roofing needs, I would highly recommend Kolar Roofing. I was not home when they completed the work. I got there a few hours after. There was not one sign that any work had even taken place. Everything was as we had left it and there was not one piece of garbage anywhere.
