Marc has good intentions and the sign he made is of good quality. My issue is that he did a poor installation job even though I shared specific requirements of what I wanted to achieve as a finished product. When I saw the sign installed on the ground, I phoned him to ask if this was how he typically installed his signs and if what he did made sense to him. He blamed me that I chose a "cheapo" product. I refuse to accept his argument because I originally approached him with what I wanted to achieve and asked what solutions were available. Never in our initial discussion did he mention that one of the solutions he proposed would not work. In fact, I am still puzzled why Marc would offer a product that he knows it would not solve my issue. I relied on his expertise to provide a solution for my need and it did not go so well. Lastly, it took 20 days between paying and getting the sign installed so I was not pleased with the speed of service either.
