        Great accounting firm! Mark and his staff answered my many questions regarding my internet-based business with patience and kindness. His office staff were warm and welcoming and the professional staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I am happy to have found Rowley & Company and I plan to continue working with Mark and his great team!         We have been using this accounting firm for 3 years.  Their fees seem high and their customer service is lacking.  They made an error and our taxes had to be amended.  We even discussed the issue prior to filing but the error was still made.  Now our returns will not be coming until August or September because of their error.  Mistakes happen and we understand this, but now that they have our money for their work, they could careless.  We will be looking for a different firm.
