Jacob saved the day! We had a bent rim and flat tire while on a road trip and discount tire was the only place that had a rim in stock. He kept the shop open late to fix our problem. Great customer service and overall great experience. Highly recommend.

While out of town, we had a small leak in a rear tire on our truck and dash warning was on. I put air in until we arrived home and Monday morning called Discount Tire in Michigan City. Thankfully we haven't had tire issues in 20 years, but we had previously used Discount Tire in Mishawaka years ago. The attendant said to bring the truck in and they'd check it out. After 20 minutes or so, a young man came into the waiting room and said our truck was ready and handed me the key fob. I told him I hadn't paid yet!? He smiled and said there's no charge. It was a small nail but it's repaired and ready to go. I was thankful I had remembered the good service from Discount Tire from years ago!
