They came in and said that my plumbing was fixed, which it is not. They lied and said it was fixed, took my check and left. It has been over a month and I have left at least 4 voicemails, and I have not received one phone call back, and they have yet to cash my check, which there is now a stop payment on!! I would not recommend this company to come to your home! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!! WE WERE LIED TO BY 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE WITHIN THE COMPANY! TAKE YOIR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! **Picture below from a few hours after my review stating that he "may have lost" my check!!

James was very friendly dependable and did a great job and also helped us out a lot we asked God for help and he provided it it was very cold out today but James came and braved the cold to unfreeze our water pipes under our trailer that we just bought last year me and my wife are very thankful he came and gave us our water again working great so we could flush our toilets take a shower etc would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a great plumber that will do a great job may God bless him for all his kindness he showed us

I called to get help with my Plumbing emergency. I spoke with James. He said he could come out the next morning. He never showed up. Never answered any more of my calls. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. If I knew he was going to abandon me, I would have found someone else sooner. It was a disaster. ... The least he could have done was Man up and tell me he didn't want to do it. That would have been the professional thing to do. DON'T TRUST THIS GUY! Reply: It happened one week ago... Your response shows that you are dishonest.

Very cordial, on time and did a great job. I would have liked my receipt to have a bit more detail. My toilet had more problems than just what I knew about, so glad I called them! Will call again for my other toilet! Service: Toilet repair
