      • The Bipolar Rock & Roller

        I spent 10months homeless. I received a call from Pam Kennedy to come in. I was to seek a resident and I did my income is under indiana requirements 822.00 I been at the residence since November 2022. Hud didn't pay the landlord. Passed the Inspection but yet failed to comply. Its clear Business Coruption, and Deceived by the Program under the Office field manager Pam Kennedy. Now it's March 2023, and still not paid the Landlord.
