American Eagle Store

I accidentally ordered the wrong size online and went to this store for a return. The manager assisted me with the order and even went as far as helping me find the correct size. Im so awkward when it comes to shopping for pants and she was amazing at making me feel comfortable and not awkward. I now know my size and am so thankful for her help!

I had to give it a start in order to be able to write a review but Im so disappointed because I when to this store to exchange some online items I bought and they didnt fit for a bigger size and me trusting the cashier here thought she really did re-order my items because I never had this problem at any store I trusted her with my transaction well comes to find out she only order 1 of my items and the other 3 she did it like in-store purchases me patiently waiting for my items a week later when I finally decided to check my receipt it said I purchased the items at store so now I never got my items and neither my refund we are talking about more than $100 very disappointed at this store even when I have all my proof they arent able to help me ?

Ive shopped off the American Eagle app quite a few times for my son but this time I decided to shop for myself but of course I struck out with a pair of jogging pants that were like a very very very rough feeling I cant think of the exact word but Ive never felt something so rough in clothing before but if I would have read the reviews I wouldnt have this problem but Ill make sure to never make this mistake again. I love their clothes and I did buy a hoodie from A& E and it was a clearance find but nonetheless its such a beautiful blue color. They took the jogging pants back without any issues and I got the opportunity to walk the mall since I hardly ever get to the mall anymore. A& E is very clean the customer service was great and very friendly.
