Dunkin'

I ordered bacon avocado toast on the mobile app. It didnt have bacon which is fine whatever but I bit into it, it was so hard and burnt and covered in the avocado to hide it. And at the drive thru window I watched one of the employees just toss a bag of someones food order on the counter. They didnt set it down nicely. Dunkins are always so ridiculous, lack of inconsistency, and lack of customer service. Please do better.

Got the hash browns that where burnt and the croissant sandwichs were smashed. Would not recommend going here.

Since the staff has changed in recent months, it's been like night and day. They are now, accurate, efficient and friendly. It has turned into a much better experience.

Walking in it looks great however Between 5 employees, not one single person acknowledged me or my children. We stood there for at least 10 minutes While we are the only customers in the store.. They direct you to use the online screen for ordering. Which I had some questions but no one was there to all offer any kind of help. We've came here alot .In the last 6 months and unfortunately, we will not be coming back.We're gonna try to win on grape road which is further from the house further from the school but hopefully the service will be better. We literally used to come here twice a week.When they first open i'm not sure exactly what happened but it's not the same then we won't be back. It's absolutely ridiculous.
