I called to inquire about their waitlist. The person I spoke to was very brief and rude. She didn't even give me an opportunity to speak. Not a good first impression.

I dont know if this is just a bunch of family members coming on your giving them high ratings but this was the worst daycare that I have ever been to I dont know if theyve changed but from the moment I walked in everybody had attitudes they were rude especially management and they were constantly yelling at the kids I would not recommend this daycare at all!!!!!

Brilliant Minds has been a blessing for us! Brilliant minds is the second Daycare my son has attended and will certainly be the last. From the moment we met the staff and took our tour we new this daycare was the one for us. Brilliant Minds has truly put our hearts and minds at ease with the care they provide for our little one. They are always very welcoming upon arrival and our soon to be 1 year old literally jumps out of my arms for one of his teachers upon drop off. The staff keeps us in the know regarding any and everything that goes on during the day that we should be aware of with our son. They even provide daily sheets at pickup informing you about your kids day! You get to know things such as how many wet diapers they had, how many bottles, special treats, what activities they did and how your kid reacted to them. Which for our little one is down right comical sometimes :). They even let you know their temperament on the day which is great preparation for what to expect when getting home with our kiddo! At pick up our child always greets us with a clean diaper and the biggest freaking smile on his face. Brilliant Minds has been a blessing and I would recommend them to any and everyone. If you're looking for a clean safe facility with staff members who treat your kids like their own. Brilliant Minds is what you've been looking for!
