I have been a loyal Ziker customer since valet service to my office in Chase Tower in 2001 and its continued through today because Ziker has always refined their business model to meet the changing needs of customers. They lead the way in technology and every single interaction is positive, even when there is a rare problem. I literally bring dry cleaning back to Ziker from our home in Florida - THAT'S how good the experience is.

I just have to say that Cody is amazing. She has helped me so much with my clothes. I was having problems with my debit card and she went above and beyond and made me feel so secure that my clothes are safe and she is sincerely the nicest employee, and this company should be very fortunate to have her! She deserves a raise!

I dropped off three of my Dads 1940s sport jackets at the Ziker cleaners in Elkhart. They had been packed away for many years, they were very wrinkled with a few dark areas and showed their age. I hoped they could be cleaned well enough just to look nice. I was very surprised when I picked them up. The wrinkles were gone and two of them looked almost new. One of them still had a few darkened areas with a note on it that they did the best they could do without doing damage to the jacket, I think they did a great job with it considering the way it looked when I dropped it off. Thank you for restoring these for me. Great Job!
