        I writing this for my mother who had a brand new system put in a couple of months ago. She had the furnace, air conditioner and new thermostat. When the morons showed up at the house they talked her into a new air conditioner even though she just had hers replaced last year they told her it was a piece of junk. Which I feel they took advantage of an elderly woman. They didnt have the user/ owners manuals for anything they put in nor did they go through and explain what the advantages of each system had and what it would do for her needs. They didnt ask her anything just did it and charged her later! There wasnt even a receipt for her check or a bill of sale when they completed the job they told her it would be mailed to her in 2-3 weeks which it never was!!!! I have never in all my years ever not gotten these two things on the spot when a job was done!!! So with all the said I believe that they are trying to hide something and/ or they elder scammed my mom. I have even called them and asked on 7 different calls and I live in another state to send the information she needed they sent some but not everything. So if you are thinking about hiring these people be aware and beware theyre very shady!!!!! Just an added note Ive been looking through the reviews and noticed that the ones that give this company any glowing reviews are the only ones who get a response the ones who dont receive nothing not even an apology for their bad service just another red flag for this company!!!!!!!

        The technician Brendon Roodbergen was very punctual and knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with the service that the technician as well as the scheduler provided.
