        This branch is the worst, been a customer for 25 years and have a quarter million dollars with them and they refused to work with me on a better rate, will be moving to another bank with better rates. Their rates are the worst in the banking, this branch also has the worst customer service over time. One banker at PNC said of the bad rates " we just don't need the money". Great time to move on to a way better bank!

        I hate all banks but i hate this one the most. Addendum - This one is better than the south bend one, at least they fill the deposit slips out for you here.
