        Amy and the team at Audi service are fantastic. Side mirror was knocked off while I was shopping and I called Amy to see about a quote. She guided me through my insurance claim and additional diagnostic. She scheduled a loaner for when the part was in and painted and magically the mirror works again like new! Communication is excellent, as you can choose email texts or phone calls. Just very friendly lady and professional. I am very glad to hold my service agreement here as well.

        I must admit I was a bit nervous but when I got here micheal b. Was awesome greeted me with a smile and was very nice. I have a bad time before , but this time I got a lil hope towards the future. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
