        I've been using Terminix for several years now, and im so over it. They have no organization within the company, local office doesn't communicate with corporate, and appointments are constantly missed or misinterpreted. Half the time the tech never shows up, and the other half they show up without any clue as to why. --- Early on they talked me into a multi-thousand dollar "wildlife exclusion" program for mice in the basement and I barely even got reasonable service from that. They randomly contacted me about my yearly inspection a month ago, and scheduled an early morning appointment on a weekday (without asking me for my availability, I might add) and after sitting around wasting my morning for 2 hours, no one ever showed up. Twice! I don't know why or how they continue to operate around here. They have an extreme turnover rate and clearly don't have any local staff.
