Mishawaka First Preschool

Fantastic preschool! Our daughter went full time for a year and learned so much. All the teachers are super organized, friendly and so engaging with the kids. If we hadnt moved we would have definitely attended for a second year. Highly recommend to anyone considering preschool for their little one!

Everyone is nice but my child was way behind when she started kindergarten. This preschool didn't properly prepare her but she did only 1 year and it was full time. When my son attended here 10 years ago he had Ms. Kim and I feel like she did alot better job but my son did attend 2 years but i feel like it was alot more organized then. If i had to do it over again I would have sent my daughter to the full time public school option for preschool. My daughter is catching up now but its thanks to her kindergarten teacher at Disney and not because of her preparation here at this preschool. The staff here was very polite but this is an honest review.

Katie ,the director, at Mishawaka First lied to me. After touring Mishawaka First and being told there was open availability I decided to enroll my son in their Pre-K program. I was thrilled I found a place I thought was a perfect fit. I CANCELLED his enrollment in another pre k that had an earlier start time. Everything was great until I mentioned my son had a vaccine exemption. She was hesitant but assured me everything was going to be okay and he would still be enrolled. Then the next day rolls around and she does not contact me. I reached out to Mishawaka First and the woman who answered sounded just like Katie but said that Katie was not available and then she continued to ghost me for the rest of the week. For a church based organization I had higher expectations. At the very least I wasn't expecting to be lied to. If his vaccine exemption was going to be that big of an issue just say that. Don't string me along so I cancel his enrollment in another Pre K. So thank you Katie for all that you have done. The only highlight that came from this is my son will be blessed with opportunities that exceed your preschool's ability. As a family we pride ourselves in our ability to be honest. Your preschool will be safe from cooties, and my son will maintain his integrity.
