Dave Scholz. Very attentive, good listener. Was never pushy. Told him what our needs were and some of the like to haves. The price range we were wanting to stay within. Some coaching along the way. But in the end, the decision to buy that perfect home rested on our shoulders. Dave, to me is not only a realtor he's turned out to be someone I can call a friend. In my book he comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks Dave for everything. Art Rombkowski.

I am a local Home Stager in the area of South Bend & Mishawaka. I was hired by an agent from another company to stage 12445 Stagecoach Ct, Granger, IN 46530. So I did. Last week I got a call from that agent and she asked me to remove the stage because she had been fired by the owner. The fired agent was notified by the new agent, Leah Hudson, your agent in Mishawaka, to remove the stage on Thursday, September 14. So just a bit of info about staging. When I am notified to remove a stage, it takes approximately 7-14 days to schedule my furniture movers and to coordinate the best time for me to pull my trailer there as well, to pick up the smalls. So my first available time to get it would have been Tuesday, September 19th. In the meantime, my stage was still in Stagecoach. Leah decided that we did not move quickly enough for the removal of the stage so she proceeded to hire a photographer and photographed the stage that was not hers, and she posted them with her listing of the home. This is unethical business practice and it's called stealing. In the meantime, she was showing the home with my stage in it and I'm sure her listing benefited her with the many views online. I managed to get the stage out on Sunday, September 17, because of changes in the movers' schedule. I asked her and her manager of her office to take the photos down at least three times, and they are still there on her listing. This stage was never Leah Hudson's to use and she never paid me for it. I have pictures of two prospective buyers being shown the home on the day we went to pick it up. The public needs to know about her unethical business practices, especially if you decide to hire her as your agent. I would not! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I could not even give her one star on this review.

Would not recommend. We purchased a home with an agent from Remax100 in the fall. Agent was exceptionally slow to answer calls, inspections were poorly done, it took an excessive amount of time to remove the lock block from the front door, etc. We are still dealing with the troubles that should have been fixed or marked during inspection . The only saving grace was purchasing a home warranty, which has helped us several times. When asked for follow ups about a malfunctioning home item, it took five months to get help from the agent about the original inspector. She appeared to be too busy vacationing.The inspector was unavailable. The home warranty company sent out a new repair man. We paid the deductible but the problem was not resolved. We have purchased and sold homes in Northwest Indiana with other agents/ agencies and had a much smoother and happy experience. Remax 100 came recommended, but we cant fathom why. A disappointment by experience that is haunting us 9 months later.
