North Star Realty has been tremendously helpful over the last few years for us! We have sold 3 properties including my parents and ours with North Star. They were not by any means an easy sale either....each property had to have something straightened out before the sale of the property could be finalized. With the many years experience Melanie has, she was able to quickly find the solutions to our problems. If she didnt know the answer, she was efficiently able to find it and proceed with the closing. I am most appreciative for her help and professionalism during an important and stressful time in our lives!
