Extremely rude. i had a doordash order to pick up when i got there to pick up the order the door was locked, i knocked on the door and explained that i have a doordash order to pick up. the order i was picking up was sitting not even 5 feet away from the door sitting there they refused to give me the order even after i politely explained the situation. i was supposed to pick it up at 10:23 i was there at 10:15 waiting on them to let me in. i never once acted rude nor gave them an attitude they continued to bang on the class at me and say "if you don't leave we're calling the cops" i had to then walk away and call the customer to explain the situation who was luckily extremely understanding. had to then sit on the phone with doordash customer service all because chilies wouldn't give me my order. to summarize horrible customer service, extremely aggressive and just plain rude. if they have no problem treating an 18 year old like that imagine how they could treat other people... chilies you need to speak to your employees immediately this is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional i will never be returning.

Service was the best part she was funny and took care of us, but as soon as I got through half my burger I ended up in the bathroom puking everything I consumed. As a first time customer to chilis I dont think Ill be back.

my husband, two kids and i came around 4:00 and was told there was only 1 waitress working and it would be a little wait because they said everyone came at once (like its not almost dinner time) anyways that was no issue there wasnt much of a wait. but the vibes were just not it, we felt forgotten and for the cost of the food for the quality of it wasnt worth it. the store seemed dirty, our table was tacky feeling, we only seen our waitress 2x. to bring is food and then give us a check. didnt offer refills or anything, didnt ask us for desert. the manager (im assuming) seemed very annoyed people were dining in.
