Love their stuff but would shop there more often if you guys had plus size apparel. Kinda sucks, love the play boy clothes but can't wear them.

Large selection of toys, male, female, both. Lube is decently priced, but there are cheaper lubes on Amazon of similar quality. Message to newcumers: research their stock through the website before you show up, and figure out what exactly you want. I bought the "hot and wet" lube, which is more of a sweat than a lube. 100% my fault, I can't read and I was intimidated by all the selections. C*** ring works great. Staff was very friendly. 4.5/5 if it was possible. As expected. male toys (specifically auto strokers) are decently expensive which makes sense because they need stronger motors and more moving parts than a female vibrator.

employee with pink hair didnt want to help me- claiming they dont sell hinged hoops. i was literally looking right at them. i have bought them before here about a month ago. (and throughout the years, im a mall employee and have lots of piercings all with hinged hoops from spencers). you can google it and see they sell them. then while i was leaving the employee loudly complained to other employee they dont sell hinged hoops. whatever

The manager there has been there FOREVER (guy with the beard) probably one the kindest and best people from a customer standpoint. always eager and willing to help greets everyone with the kindest smile and has great music and book recommendations. the whole staff is friendly and welcoming. For a pretty diverse and wild store it's some of the best customer service in the mall.
