        First of all I told the person who prepared my taxes that he made a mistake. He said he didnt. And thought I should be happy with the amount I was getting. I found the mistake the next day. A very significant amount. Went back to the office. Finally got someone to agree there was a mistake. Took a few days to get the amended return filed. I was not told it would take 16 plus weeks for the amended return to be approved. Which it still has not. Also told the person preparing my taxes that I wanted to send a check for the state amount owed. Just because I wanted to. He set it up to be taken out electronically. When I said that was not what I wanted he basically just looked at me. And left it the way it was. I feel like I paid a lot of money for less than satisfactory service.
