        I ordered a carrot cake for Christmas and when I picked it up I saw some brownies in the case that looked good and took a couple home. My fork couldn't even pierce the brownie . They were rocks!!! My cake was delicious though thankfully. Guess I suggest being a little cautious about the items in the case.

      We are so sorry you had a bad experience with our brownies! Our case is a chilled case which causes items inside to be more firm until they come back to room temperature or are warmed up! We are always trying to improve so thank you for your insight!
