The woman who works the front counter is very friendly and keeps you informed. The techs in the shop did a great job, appeared to really care about the quality of work they put out, and want to make sure the customer is happy with the work . Extremely fair pricing compared to the dealers shop. I highly recommend this shop and will use them again in the future.

The owners are like my family now! The most honest shop I've ever went to! They are so friendly and they keep you very informed while they have your vehicle. They even make sure you know what it is going to cost before they do the work. They don't set you up for failure. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. They do everything from oil changes to breaks and even transmission work obviously!!! Just not tores! Very respectful and customer service is top notched if I could give more stars I would! It's hard to a shop you trust, that has quality techs, good pricing, and can work on your car in a timely fashion. Precision transmission does all of this. This is my goto for anything auto. I've had them work on engines, suspension, and yes, transmission problems. They've done great work with everything.
