My wife, myself, our 13 month old and 2 month old went looking at a used escape hybrid and ended up purchasing it with the help of Cody. Cody was nothing short of amazing through the whole process as he is professional, friendly, polite and helpful. He attempted to help carry some of car seats and such when we were transferring items to and from the vehicles but I politely declined his help as that is not his job. The dealership itself was pristine including the bathrooms and baby changing area. Would absolutely buy a car here again and definitely with Cody.

Jenna is so great to work with! I gave her an idea of what I wanted and my price point and she made it happen! Went to look at cars on Saturday and drove off the lot in my new 2017 Ford Escape on Tuesday! She was so patient and answered all my questions. I brought my car in to fix a recall on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I asked the guy who checked me in if they could check a few other things. And he made a strong point to tell me it wasn't "free" with alot of emphasis to get these things checked out. No kidding genius, I wonder what made him think, I thought, a car dealership would do anything for free. His assumption was offensive and cost them future busines. I had also mentioned I would be shopping for a new Hyundai Sonata in several months. I will go elsewhere. They lost a customer as a result of their perceptions.
