Nasty attitudes from employee. Was rude the whole time. Store was nasty looking. Asked for their name and they refused. Dont go here!

Sale went really good, smooth and slap in the face the next day when we got text telling us how much our bill was going to be already... Didn't have service for 24 hours and already being hounded about next months bill... Vickie flat out lied to our faces, totally pist off that were paying more here then we was with Verizon upon switching.. I'm still waiting for call back from metro to try to fix this but I don't see that happening since Vickie lied to us to better her sales and get better commission... she just did whatever she needed for bigger check for her and not care bout us as a customer ... I'm also reaching out to the better business bureau and lodging complaints.
