image I generally don't like going to this location since they changed the parking situation. The parking spaces are now across from and behind the building. You have to cross the drive-thru traffic to get into the store. I did a mobile order but I also brought my own cup so rather than hold up people in the drive-thru line I parked and went inside. Once inside I went to where the mobile orders are picked up. However, everyone was very busy and so I went over to the cashier to let them know I was here as the sign says. They told me to go back down to where the mobile orders are picked up and let them know. My drink was already sitting there in a mixing cup. I'm not sure for how long. However, I ordered it extra hot. When I took the first drink it was lukewarm. I was disappointed but wasn't willing to go back inside and go through that whole process of getting it corrected.

image Update 4/4/24... So yesterday the app wasn't working and they had to actually take the order. I asked the person that the drive-thru if they had added the sweetener like I had requested. She confirmed that they did on both drinks. About a mile down the road I tried both of them and realized that all I got was steamed almond milk, no espresso, no sweetener etc. So I turned around, went back, and they tried to correct me even though it's the same drink I get every single day. So today, the app is working. I thought great, hopefully there won't be any issues. There was nobody in the drive-thru when I went around to pick up my beverages. When I gave her my cup, she filled it and proceeded to just stand there and chit chat with her co-workers. She finally opens up the window gives it back, I lid it, and sure enough, it's barely lukewarm. If I had time to go to a different location I would but I shouldn't have to leave my house 15 minutes earlier just to avoid what looks like a new pattern of problems going forward. I would be more understanding if they had been slammed etc but after the problems yesterday and then today, there's no excuse for it. If you have the time, avoid this location
Update Valentine's Day 2024... I come in here everyday and order the exact same thing. Today, I ordered two of them because I was taking one to a co-worker. I never have to check it to make sure my coffee is made right since they've been spot on for months now. Imagine both my surprise and disdain when I took the first sip after starting my half an hour drive to work and realized that my coffee is completely wrong. So I took a chance and took a sip of the one I was gifting to somebody and, sure enough, it was wrong as well. So now I'm stuck, $15 later with two coffees that no one's going to drink. Crazy disappointed today.
Even when they're busy, they are on point with my drink order. Mobile orders tend to be done sooner than you would expect. They always welcome guests with a greeting and keep the facility clean.

image So I had an issue in the drive-through line and the way a barista conducted themselves towards me. I typically go to this Starbucks and I never had an issue. A fellow patron attempted to cut me off in line and was angry I didnt allow her to do so. She decided to tell the woman working Drive-through that I was acting and conducting myself Erratically. When I pulled to the window The barista decided to talk to me like a child, and say that that type of behavior is not tolerated. I felt very belittled. I am a fellow customer here I paid to get my drink, not to be yelled at like a child or deal with drama From a soccer mom Who is mad she didnt get to go first. I will never be returning, and I cannot believe that a business conducts themselves like this. Livid. I go to make a complaint to the manager and the woman on the phone said that she will write a message that he is not in store so I left my message and waited, I called back to find out there is no male manager there. The person answering the phone did not leave my message, nor did management get it. YOUR STAFF NEEDS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THERE BEHAVIOR. The barista with blue eyes brown hair and a diamond tattoo on your finger Ill make sure crystal your manager sees the way you represent your company. 10/10 dont recommend.
