This office was spectacular!!! Each and every staff member treated me amazing. I have never experienced this kind of treatment at a dental office. I wasn't able to get what I needed done in the office but they did everything to help me out
in every way possible. Highly recommend!

I initially went for a cleaning however I got to my appointment 15 minutes early and was told my appointment got cancelled (without even notifying me) and said that I needed to verbally confirm my appointment which I did the day prior to the appointment, I was told I was left voicemails about confirming my appointment however upon checking it was voicemails in regards to insurance updates which as I mentioned I did verbally update the day prior to the appointment and the lady at the front desk was very rude and not accommodating to a new patient. Besides this, I left without cleaning which was the primary reason why I made the appointment however I will say some of the staff were welcoming such as the hygienist and the dentist they did fantastic work in regards to getting my new patient consultation done, however for a first time visitor and patient at this practice I dont think I will be returning because of the experience and the discomfort I felt from walking in.

I give the staff 5 STARS..The staff were all very nice, took time to explain & answer my questions. They were very professional & personable. The problem I have shouldnt reflect on them. When I was told because I have Medicaid HIP insurance, it would cost me over $800 to have my dentures aligned & fitted, I was shocked. 5 years ago I paid $6,000 - $7,000 for my dentures. I didnt have insurance, but was able to save enough money to get the best dentures with a 7 year warranty & 2 sets of dentures the 1st were the ones I was fitted with the day my teeth were extracted. I wore those 6 months getting fitted as the swelling went down they fit perfectly. Then I was fitted for the better dentures. I have went back twice to have the bottom plate repaired because it broke in half. I did have to wait a week or so to get appt. I figured I would just use my other set until appt time. For some reason they had totally removed the filler used to fit the set I had worn that 1st 6 months, so not only did they not fit they were painful to wear. I bought a realign kit so that I could use those to eat until my appt for repair. For the amount of money I paid I expected it would be part of the warranty to align my dentures. Now I will have to live with them the way they are.
