        They force you to order through the screen, which for some will be an issue. I witnessed someone order and wait at least 5 minutes to pay because they wanted to use cash. I ordered from the phone app before I left work on break, 5 minute drive at least then waited 10 more minutes to get my food. The food was fine, and the order accurate but no one at the counter to ask if they even got your order or how long it will be. Not fast food for sure. The other locations in muncie do NOT have this issue.

        Always screwed up my order. So today was no different! Was shorted a burrito and a taco supreme. The young man who took the order was friendly patient and rang up everything I ordered and the young woman who took payment from me was kind,rechecked my order and I think it was a simple mistake on my food shortage

        Put meat on everything when I swapped it for potatoes and I couldnt eat it because I am vegetarian for lent :( Positive gave me too many cinnabons by accident
