        The best thing to come to Muncie!! Absolutely love the F45 studio. The classes are efficient, effective and able to be modified for all skill levels. The coaches/trainers keep it fun and encouraging. I especially love the playlist-the class feels like a party. Before you know it, 45 minutes has passed and you've just fit in a great workout!
