Jason and his staff are truly amazing. I have had several time sensitive requests lately. Each time him and his staff exceeded my expectations both with their timeliness, pleasantness and outcome of situation. I recommend Jason and his agency for all your insurance needs!

Jason May State Farm - 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE! This process has been the biggest nightmare! The office does nothing, the claims dept cant help with anything without adjuster approval, and adjuster? Yikes! Quote for repairs was $36k he approved $12k, and I only get $3k to start. Floor installers should only get paid $12/hr according to his estimate, and carpet padding? 500sqft for $77! (Our livingroom alone is over 500sqft) Trying to say our carpet is fine even though it sat wet for more than a week. Like its not going to be bridle and break when they attempt to stretch it back. Reinstalling that old carpet? Anyone willing to do it for $100? Because thats what was approved. To remove old damaged appliances from the kitchen they are paying $22! Checks have been getting sent to an address weve never lived at and instead of stop payment and reissuing? Or digitally paying me theyre gonna try to get those same ones back to me! And good old Jason May? Doesnt exist I dont think. I dont know if all State Farm is this bad but mansave yourself the trouble! Go anywhere else!
