        Bait you in with low prices and over double it upon renewal $130 to $265 in 1 year. Then, they posted an excuse as the original agent was removed, and I was notified through policy cancelation. Sad customer servise

        I'm new to this office of AllState. They took over back in the spring. The office I dealt with before was great. So far this office is just as nice. If your looking for a new agent I would recommend talking to them.

      Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on Allstate's pricing structure. As we discussed on the phone there are a lot of factors that come into play when the rates change, dropping multiple policies and other discounts that were originally applied by your prior agency and continuing inflationary pressures in the economy all contribute to changing rates. We appreciate the opportunity to have served you.
