        My wife and I found the dining experience satisfactory. It was not perfect however. Ellen had the chicken quesadilla. She stated that it was good and she had nothing adversly critical to say about it's quality, but she had nothing complimentary to say either. I had the Pub Melt and as burgers go it was fine but not great. I found the flavor rather bland. I could not taste any seasonings in the meat at all, not even salt and pepper. Both of us were rather dissappointed in the decor. With a name like 1925 PUBHOUSE, we expected something along the lines of Roaring 20s speakeasy, but instead we're greated with a rather spartan, even austere atmosphere. In all, I really cannot grade you more than 4 stars, and I am really being charitable with that.
