Was nice at the time of fileing. Want to start by saying I only worked enough last year so that i could claim my son come tax time .Told me she would wait to collect her fee when my refund hit, IT NEVER HIT. Now it's (7/15/22) Still not gotten anything for myself or dependant!!! The correspondence ive got since via IRS leads me to wonder, if it was even filed correctly to begin with, because there was an address mistake on the businesses part. And it says I have 0 dependants when it should have been listed as 1. I've tried to call and message several times, only for my message to be recieved, opened left on read and ignored all together.

She never answers her phone call or replies to text messages. I live over an hour away and had to sign papers that was done in mid February here it is mid March and still can't get in touch with her. I have never had problems with her till this year and I won't be going back. I have wasted money on going there in gas to try to do what I needed only to find out that she was out with her friend instead of getting back in touch with people who paid for her service.
